Who are Cycling Solutions Ireland?

Cycling Solutions Ireland is the only EU-licensed Cycle-Friendly Accreditor in Ireland. Working with employers, universities, government bodies and other organisations, Cycling Solutions Ireland provides official European certification of cycle-friendliness in the workplace

Cycle Friendly Employer accreditation is an important component for employers active and sustainable travel strategies, also helping employers to improve employee well-being, health and engagement by providing safe, future proof cycling infrastructure and culture initiatives.

The project’s objective is to provide employers with EU-standard certification to measure their bicycle friendliness in the European workplace (i.e. adequate bike parking facilities, showers, mechanic services, employee development and staff wellness/CSR programmes etc.). The goal of the project is to encourage employees to cycle to work by helping employers to provide the required facilities and resources – and acknowledging the companies that do so with EU Cycle-Friendly Employer Accreditation.
