Exciting New Announcements For Autumn 2025

As we head towards the Autumn I want to thank you, our members and followers, for your participation in Techies Go Green. As climate champions, every small step we take today ripples outward into tomorrow. In a world where the challenges can feel overwhelming, it is you, our community, that shows what hope in action looks like.

New To Our Team

Firstly I want to welcome Kajal Swarup, our Digital Marketing Manager, to the Techies Go Green team. Kajal is from Delhi, India and has studied and worked in Ireland since 2023 in digital marketing, building skills in SEO, content creation, and campaign management.

“I’ve always been happiest when I’m working on something that has meaning beyond the job itself - something with a purpose or a cause. That’s why joining Techies Go Green feels so right for me. It’s a chance to use my marketing skills to support a movement I believe in, and to help inspire others to make sustainable choices.” - Kajal Swarup, Digital Marketing Manager, Techies Go Green

We are excited to have Kajal manage our promotion, member communications and event co-ordination across all of our digital channels to keep you up to date with our latest projects and support initiatives.

Webinars

We have a number of relevant and engaging webinars line up for the second half of 2025. Our Autumn webinar series kicks off on September 11th with a look at the incredible work of FoodCloud and Cultivate, not-for-profit organisations that tackle climate change and food insecurity by connecting businesses that have surplus food to communities that can use it.

Both organisations have implemented technology that enables more sustainable food sharing. By leveraging the power of their technology, FoodCloud matches supply side with demand side to reduce complexity and make it easier for our businesses to collaborate.
